Highlights include the private heated pool and Bella's very close location to the Avenue G beach access! Bella Vita is one of the few properties in the area with a ground level living area, which means no stairs on the 1st floor! Our beach home is also located in the golf cart riding zone, so you can easily cruise on over to enjoy local shops and restaurants.

🏡 Your Tranquil Oasis: Bella Vita boasts 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This coastal haven is perfect for families and friends seeking to vacation together and still have privacy. We provide bed linens, bath towels & beach towels, basic bath toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen.

- 1st floor (ground level) 2 Bed/2 Bath:
- Bedroom 1: 1 king bed with attached private full bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 2: 1 twin/full bunk bed, 1 twin bed.
- Living area: 1 sleeper sofa.
- Full Kitchen with dining room that seats 6.
- 2nd floor (separate, private entrance) 1bed/1Bath:
- Bedroom 3: 1 king bed. 1 separate full bathroom with shower.
- Living area: 1 Sleeper sofa.
- Full kitchen with small dining table for 4.

🏍️ Recreational Vehicles: Enjoy a ride to the beach by electric bike or golf cart. Renters of Bella Vita have the option to rent our on premise golf carts and electric beach bicycles.
⚡️ ChargePoint EV Charger: Renters traveling with an electric vehicle, will have access to Bella Vita's ChargePoint EV charger for a small daily fee.
